Shipping policy

• Shipping is calculated by weight for all orders.
• All orders are packaged and shipped from Fulton, Illinois within 2-4 business days unless an unexpected order volume has occurred.  If high order volumes occur, all orders will continue to be shipped in the order they were received. 
• Once we have shipped an order, we will rely on the shipping carrier's tracking info for your order's whereabouts
• Ole' Miss Outfitters - River Brand is not responsible for delayed transit times. This is out of our control.

LOST PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail once declared "Delivered" by the USPS.  Here are some tips for locating your missing "delivered" package.

Contact your post office - The USPS has GPS tracking and will be able to tell exactly where the package was delivered.

Check with your neighbors to see if they accidentally received your package.

If you selected USPS "Priority Mail" at checkout, you will be able to file a claim to be reimbursed by the USPS.  Please see their website for more information. 

Ole' Miss Outfitters is not liable for return items that are in transit.
